Eat Your Superfoods

Island Jane Magazine-Nov/Dec 2016Superfoods are foods densely rich in nutrients and packed with healthy vitamins and minerals your body needs in order to function properly and effectively. Food is meant to heal and nourish your body. We go through life every day, not really noticing or taking into consideration how much our body does for us. The body is under different stresses every day physically, emotionally, and mentally. Your health is relative to these 3 important aspects. What you put into your body is very important. The better you take care of your body, the better your body will take care of you.

Eating Superfoods increases: immune system strength, fat metabolism, energy and vitality, mood, and confidence. Superfoods promote healing, better sleeping patterns, skin health, and a healthy weight, while reducing the risk for inflammatory disorders and diseases such as diabetes, obesity, weight gain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stress, cancer, ADD/ADHD, headaches and migraines, arthritis, and the list goes on and on.
